The Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA) has completed the evaluation of the 32 Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) received in response to its Request for Qualifications for Demand Side Energy Services through Energy Performance Contracting (EPC-RFQ), published on April 19, 2009. The Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA) will notify, in writing, all Companies that submitted an SOQ for the “Demand Side EPC-RFQ” if they were selected or not, during the week of July 20-24. Once all notices have been sent, PRASA will publish the list on this website.
